GAGE - Water-stage recorder with satellite telemetry and crest-stage gage. Elevation of gage is 8,230 ft above NAVD of 1988, from digital map. Prior to Apr. 3, 1942, non-recording gage at present site and datum. Apr. 3, 1942 to Sept. 30, 1950, water-stage recorder at present site and datum.
EXTREMES OUTSIDE PERIOD OF RECORD - Floods in May 1952 and June 1957 reached a stage of 5.5 ft, from floodmarks (discharge about 1,500 cfs).
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 2003 to November 2006 (discontinued).
