11505800 UPPER KLAMATH LAKE AT ROCKY POINT, OR
LOCATION - Lat 42°28'40", long 122°05'12" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Klamath County, OR, Hydrologic Unit 18010203, T.35 S., R. 6 E., Klamath County, Winema National Forest, on west side of lake on Pelican Bay at Rocky Point, OR. Gage is located at the Klamath County boat ramp.
DRAINAGE AREA - 3,810 mi². approximately, at outlet of lake, including 26.2 square miles in closed basin of Crater Lake.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - September 1974 to September 1986, October 1986 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. 
REMARKS - Reservoir is formed by concrete dam at outlet of natural lake, completed in 1921, replacing a temporary dam built in 1919; controlled storage began Apr. 15, 1919. Elevations are often affected by wind and wind-caused seiche.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum elevation, 4144.60 ft June 15-30, July 1-9, 1994; minimum, 4030.01 ft Nov. 4, 1996.
