DATUM - Land-surface datum is 20.11 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: TOP OF CASING, 1.7 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 8, 2014 to Dec. 3, 2014; TOP OF CASING, 0.3 ft above land-surface datum, Dec. 2, 2014 to present.
