REVISIONS HISTORY -
Revisions: Land-surface datum was updated to 673.92 ft NAVD88 on May 22, 2023, as determined by a GNSS survey by Missouri DNR. Land-surface datum was previously published as 672 ft NAVD88 from topographic map. Discrete water-level measurements prior to May 22, 2023, are referenced to the original datum.

Previously Approved data from 10/23/2000 to 09/30/2008 was revised on 07/22/2010 and a measuring point height correction of -1.9 ft was applied to this period to reference water levels to land surface instead of the measuring point.

GROUNDWATER RECORDS

DATUM - Land-surface datum is 673.92 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: unknown, 1.9 ft above land-surface datum, Dec. 19, 2001 to present.  

PERIOD OF RECORD - October 27, 2000 to present.

GAGE - October 27, 2000 to present; DCP with telemetry capability and float with encoder installed as the water level recording and measuring devices.

REMARKS -

Data from 10/27/2000 to 09/30/2008 has been processed by the USGS with limited field water level measurements (22 measurements) during the period to verify the recorded water levels. This record is considered good. Data from 10/01/2008 to 09/09/2009 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the record and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. Periods where the float was stuck in well have been deleted from record. Data from 09/09/2009 to 11/17/2010 is good based on 6 water level measurements made during the period to verify the record and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 11/17/2010 to 06/07/2011 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the record and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The water level measurement on 12/09/2010 was probably written incorrectly on the field sheet. The gage and water level measurement were different by 0.25 ft, but the gage was not reset and the next site visit showed the gage and water level measurement were in agreement. Data from 06/07/2011 to 07/17/2012 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the record and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. Data from 07/18/2012 to 11/14/2013 is good based on 5 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 11/15/2013 to 12/15/2014 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 12/16/2014 to 06/28/2016 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 06/29/2016 to 03/15/2017 is good based on 2 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 03/16/2017 to 10/09/2017 is good based on 1 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 10/10/2017 to 04/15/2018 is good based on 1 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 04/16/2018 to 10/24/2018 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 10/25/2018 to 04/16/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 04/17/2019 to 10/08/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft.
