LOCATION - Lat 39°58'41", long 74°59'05" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Moorestown Township, Burlington County, NJ, Hydrologic Unit 02040202, at Denton Vacuum Inc., Church Rd.
REVISIONS HISTORY - 5/19/2023: The water level visit on 10/1/1958 was unpublished from the record. It was determined that this site visit was likely taken at the time of well drilling and as such does not represent hydrologic conditions of the well. 
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 268 ft. Upper casing diameter 10 in; top of first opening 241 ft, bottom of last opening 262 ft. Drilled artesian well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 40 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Transfer MP created for migration, 0 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 1, 1958 to Nov. 2, 1983; Top of coupling, 1.5 ft above land-surface datum, Apr. 1, 1972 to present; TOP OF 6 INCH COUPLING ON TOP OF CASING, 1.4 ft above land-surface datum, Nov. 1, 1983 to Nov. 2, 1983.
PERIOD OF RECORD - April 1972 to April 1984, May 1986 to current year.
GAGE - Periodic water-level measurements.
REMARKS - Water level is affected by nearby pumping.
