LOCATION - Lat 41°04'33", long 81°31'25" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Summit County, OH, Hydrologic Unit 05040001, at lower pool level of Lock 1, at south end of culvert under West Exchange Street, 1.6 mi northeast of Summit Lake, at Akron.
DRAINAGE AREA - Not Determined.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - June 1, 1998 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 952.73 ft (NAVD 1988). Prior to February 2015, datum was 953.76 ft (NGVD 1929) from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
REMARKS -

Record for the 2014 WY rated fair, except for periods of estimated record and flows greater than 175 ft³/s, which were poor. Oct. 1, 2014 to Mar. 11, 2015; records fair, except for estimated records, which were poor. Mar. 12, 2015 to Oct. 7 2015; records rated poor. Oct. 7, 2015 to Sept. 8, 2016; records rated fair. Sept. 8, 2016 to Nov. 29, 2016: records rated poor. Nov. 29, 2016 to Nov. 1, 2017: discharge records rated fair. Nov. 2, 2017 to May 29, 2018: discharge records rated good. May 30, 2018 to Aug. 7, 2018: discharge records rated fair. Aug. 8, 2018 to Dec. 18, 2018: discharge records rated fair except for estimated records, which are poor.
