- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 41°41'00", long 70°01'11" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Barnstable County, MA, Hydrologic Unit 01090002, 50 ft east of State Highway 137 and 300 ft north of State Highway 28 in Chatham.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 44 ft. Upper casing diameter 1.25 in; top of first opening 41 ft, bottom of last opening 44 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 35.28 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Installed well shelter and recorder; changed MP corr for new shelter, 7.25 ft above land-surface datum, May 22, 2012, to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - November 1962 to current year.
GAGE - Digital recorder with telephone telemeter since May 2012; monthly measurements by the Cape Cod Commission prior to May 2012.
