LOCATION.--Lat 40°48'34", long 73°40'37" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Nassau County, NY, Hydrologic Unit 02030201, southwest side of Bonnie Heights Road, in Flower Hill Village Hall parking lot, Flower Hill.
WELL CHARACTERISTICS.--Depth 615 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 585 ft, bottom of last opening 605 ft.
DATUM.--Land-surface datum is 118 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of casing, 0.84 ft below land-surface datum, 117.16 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Jul. 12, 1995 to Mar. 13, 2024; Top of 4" coupling, 117.525 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Mar. 13, 2024 to present.  
PERIOD OF RECORD.--September 1994 to March 1998, January 2002 to current year.
GAGE.--Water-level recorder installed June 2016; 15-minute recording interval. Periodic manual measurements made by USGS personnel.
REMARKS.--Water level affected by nearby pumping. Cellular water-level telemeter at station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Highest water level recorded, 27.39 ft above NGVD of 1929, Apr. 24, 2024; lowest measured, 4.19 ft above NGVD of 1929, Aug. 23, 1995.
