DATUM.--Land-surface datum is 32.3 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of steel flange, 1.82 ft below land-surface datum, 30.48 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 22, 1969 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--June 1974 to current year.
