LOCATION.--Lat 40°56'10.5", long 73°54'15.5" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Westchester County, NY, Hydrologic Unit 02030101, on left bank 500ft upstream of Water Grant Street, 4.2 mi upstream of Halem River and 6.4 mil upstream of the George Washington Bridge on Interstate 95, in Yonkers, New York.
PERIOD OF DAILY RECORD1.--WATER TEMPERATURE: May 2019 to current year (non-winter seasons only).
SPECIFIC CONDUCTANCE: May 2019 to current year (non-winter seasons only).

INSTRUMENTATION1.--A multi-parameter water-quality sonde measures water temperature, specific conductance, pH, dissolved oxygen, and turbidity at 15-minute intervals since May 2019. Salinity record computed from specific-conductance readings.
COOPERATION1.--Maintained by the Hudson River Environmental Conditions Observing System in cooperation with Sarah Lawrence College.

SPECIFIC CONDUCTANCE: Maximum, 32,500 uS/cm @ 25 °C, Oct. 3, 2019; minimum, 253 uS/cm @ 25 °C, May 21, 2019.
SALINITY: Maximum, 20.3 psu, Oct. 3, 2019; minimum, 0.1 psu, May 21, 2019.
pH: Maximum, 9.0, Aug. 23, 2022; minimum, 6.8, on several days May 2019.
DISSOLVED OXYGEN: Maximum, 15.4 mg/L, Aug. 21, 2022; minimum, 3.6 mg/L, Sept. 12, 2022.
TURBIDITY: Maximum, 176 FNU, Apr. 19, 2022; minimum, 1.3 FNU, Oct. 19, 2022.
