LOCATION.--Lat 27°58'30", long 82°43'39" (1927 North American datum), in 
SW1/4 sec.8, T.29 S., R.16 E., Pinellas County, Hydrologic Unit 03100206, 
on right bank, 700 ft east of U. S. Highway 19, 1.0 mi north of State Highway 
60, 1.8 mi upstream from mouth, and 5.3 mi east of City Hall in Clearwater. 

DRAINAGE AREA.--6.17 mi2. 

PERIOD OF RECORD.--May 1982 to Sept. 1987; Oct. 1995 to Sept. 1996; 
July 1999 to current year. 

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 8.52 ft above National Geodetic 
Vertical Datum of 1929. Prior to Oct. 1, 1983, at present site at datum 2.04 ft 
higher; Oct. 1, 1983, to Sept. 30, 1987, at present site at datum 1.64 ft lower; 
Oct. 1, 1995 to Sept. 30, 1996, at present site at datum 5.83 ft lower.
