LOCATION.--Lat 41°40'36", long 91°35'55" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 NE 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.1, T.79 N., R.7 W., Johnson County, IA, Hydrologic Unit 07080209,
on left bank 15 ft upstream from bridge on 22nd Avenue, 1.1 mi west of Coralville Post Office, 1.5 mi downstream from Deer Creek, and 2.8 mi upstream from mouth.

DRAINAGE AREA.--98.1 mi2.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD.--Discharge records from October 1952 to current year. Prior to May 1953, monthly mean discharge for some periods published in WSP 1728.
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 647.48 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 (levels by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers). Prior to January 7, 1957, non-recording gage at same site and datum.
