Lower Colorado River Authority

The Lower Colorado River Authority uses the vertical datum established during the construction of the projects, which is known as the "Reservoir Datum", for reporting reservoir stage under parameter code 00062 Reservoir Elevation. The "Reservoir Datum" for 08148100 Inks Dam is 0.31 ft lower than the North American Vertical Datum 1988 (NAVD 88). USGS policy requires reservoir elevation to be referenced to NAVD 88.
