LOCATION.--Lat 44° 06'55", long 114° 26'29" (NAD83), in NE1/4 NW1/4 NE1/4 sec.15, T.9 N., R.17 E., Custer County, ID, Hydrologic Unit 17060201, Bowery Creek quad., 0.15 mi above East Fork Salmon/Big Boulder Creek sign, 1 mi upstream from the mouth, 8 mi southwest of Clayton, and 17.75 mi upstream from Highway 75 at the East Fork Salmon River.

DRAINAGE AREA.--26.9 mi2, revised.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--May 1926 to January 1930, at site 0.5 mi downstream at different datum. April to September 2005 (discontinued).

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 6,150 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.

REMARKS.--Old site was below tailrace for power plant of Livingston Mines, and was subject to dirunal fluctuations. No diversions for irrigation.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge observed, 206 ft3/s June 26, 1927, gage height, 2.04 ft, at site and datum then in use; minimum observed, 4.0 ft3/s Mar. 31, Dec. 4, 1929; minimum gage height observed, 0.43 ft, Dec. 4, 1929.
