Station gage imageSTATION.--404745075184001 NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, local well number NP 820.
LOCATION.--Lat 40`47'45.6", long 75`18'39.8", Hydrologic Unit 02040105, at 0.75 mi east of Bushkill Center on SR 1010, at Jacobsburg State Park.
OWNER.--Jacobsburg State Park.
AQUIFER.--Martinsburg Shale.
WELL CHARACTERISTICS.--Drilled observation well, diameter 6 in, depth 218 ft, cased to 50 ft.
INSTRUMENTATION.--Data collection platform with 15-minute recording interval since February 2023; prior, 60-minute recording interval. Satellite telemetry at station.
DATUM.--Elevation of land surface is 584 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988, from Lidar. Measuring point: Top of plywood shelf, 3.25 ft above land-surface datum.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--May 2001 to current year.
COOPERATION.--Funding for the operation of this station is provided by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Geological Survey.
This station managed by the PAWSC New Cumberland Office.
