LOCATION.--Lat 40°48'32.5", long 73°33'28.9" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Nassau County, NY, Hydrologic Unit 02030202, Northwest corner of Fruitledge Rd. and Cedar Swamp Rd. (Rt. 107)
WELL CHARACTERISTICS.--Depth 175 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 170 ft, bottom of last opening 175 ft.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--October 1974 to April 1984, March 1990 to January 2000, and March 2005 to current year.
GAGE.--Water-level recorder installed June 2016; 15-minute recording interval.  Periodic manual measurements made by USGS personnel.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Highest water level measured, 90.84 ft above NGVD of 1929, Dec. 5, 1979; lowest measured, 73.82 ft above NGVD of 1929, Mar. 20, 1996.
