> Site Information
LOCATION.--Lat 40°51'46.26", long 73°03'20.74" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Suffolk County, NY, Hydrologic Unit 02030202, at north side side of State Route 25, west of Highview Drive, Selden.
WELL CHARACTERISTICS.--Depth 65 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 55 ft, bottom of last opening 60 ft.
DATUM.--Land-surface datum is 99.06 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: MP is north side of top of casing 0.02 ft below land surface, 99.04 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Sep. 24, 2009 to May. 2, 2018; Top of 2 inch PVC casing 0.60 FT below land surface, 99.87 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, May. 1, 2018 to present.  
PERIOD OF RECORD.--March 2012 to current year.
GAGE.--Water-level recorder installed February 2017 to December 2023; 15-minute recording interval.  Periodic manual measurements by USGS personnel.
REMARKS.--Replaces well S3513.1 in March 2012 near same location.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Highest water level measured, 65.19 ft above NGVD of 1929, Mar. 6, 2012; lowest recorded, 56.99 ft above NGVD of 1929, Feb. 5, 2018.
