> Site Information
LOCATION.--Lat 42°29'20", long 76°27'53" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Tompkins County, NY, Hydrologic Unit 04140201, behind Ithaca USGS Water Science Center.
WELL CHARACTERISTICS.--Depth 72 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 12 ft, bottom of last opening 72 ft. Cased to 12 ft, open hole.
DATUM.--Land-surface datum is 1,052.39 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of shelter shelf, 2.33 ft above land-surface datum, Jun. 16, 2014 to present.  
PERIOD OF RECORD.--August 2004 to current year.
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder--15 minute; periodic measurements by USGS personnel.
REMARKS.--Satellite water-level telemeter at station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Highest water level, 1.66 ft below land-surface datum, Apr. 3, 2005; lowest water level, 6.73 ft below land-surface datum, Sept. 29, 2020.
